If all that you do in the morning is hurry and somehow get past one task after the other and meet up the roads also in a hurry; you are most likely going to end up not just with a bad hair day but also with a badly rushed day that is going to exhaust you mentally and physically more than you can think. So, sleep early and wake up early.

6. Skipping breakfast

If you are too used to skipping breakfast to make up for the lost time or grabbing something random on the way; you’ve got to remember that you cannot make a habit of it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and skipping it is a grave mistake you could do.

7. No smile

Treating yourself to frowns and frustration as your begin the day will set the rhythm throughout the day. Wake up to beautiful children, kiss your partner in bed and even if you are staying alone; start with things that make you really happy. Starting your day in a very happy and excited mood will keep up the tempo and make you feel energetic throughout.
