1. Squatting

Squats are one of the best exercises to slim down thighs. You need to stand straight with your feet apart. After placing your hands on your hips, bend your knees. Stay in this position for a few seconds. Come back to the original position. Repeat the procedure as long as you feel comfortable doing so. You can also use an exercise ball while performing this exercise.

2. Lunges

This exercise is as easy and effective as exercises can get. Stand straight with your feet apart. Step one foot forward and then bend the knee until the other knee touches the floor. Repeat the procedure by bringing the other foot forward. Ensure that you increase the length of the steps gradually. Lunges can be done 15 to 18 times safely at a time.

3. Walking

Walking is one of the best exercises, which can play a very important role when you want to slim down thighs. Walking during the early morning is not only exciting and refreshing but also plays a vital role in energizing the body. Walking also reduces the flesh in the thighs thereby, slimming them down and making them look better.
