How To Manage Menopause Problems

How To Manage Menopause Problems

Are you keeping wide awake at 3:00 in the morning, feeling horrifyingly intense heat that burns your body like a furnace? Or even worse, have you been randomly waking up from bed, smothered in sweat from head to toe? Menopausal problems like grinding headaches, lack of concentration, putting on weight and having severe mood swings are tough to deal with. And the worst thing is that no one understands! Let me take you through some methods with which you can reduce this painful period. Take a breath of relief!

Exercise

Are you sick and tired of people telling you to exercise? Well, don’t be! Because keeping fit is the key to all the health problems. And it’s not about hitting the gym when you enter menopause. It’s about being fit all along. We suggest the first step is to carry out a few exercises under the guidance of a trainer. Ask him/her to teach you pelvic specific muscle exercises. Prevention is better than cure, ladies!

Avoid Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

If someone tells you to go for HRT as the first resort of treating menopause, ask them to go away. Seriously! Hormone Therapy is infamous for not being successful each time it is carried out and has plenty of side effects. Why would you want to bombard your body with synthetic hormones, when you can treat it with natural sources? Save this trip to your gynaecologist for some other time!

Hysterectomy

Many go through this operation, safe and sound so we wouldn’t mind recommending it to you. But again, don’t jump to this solution. Your uterus will be removed under this procedure which will give you a permanent relief from menopausal problem! We recommend you consult your doctor for this, only if your pain becomes unbearable.
