Anger, ego and pride are such that they should be controlled when they go out of limit. If you’re angry for the right thing, it’s fine. But if you get angry quite often and for the wrong reasons, then it needs to be kept in check. The same goes for ego and pride. So, how do you learn to let go of these feelings? These are some ways which will help you to get rid of these feelings.
Let us start with anger. To manage your anger, you should set up some rules for yourself. Set up the boundaries for your anger and learn to manage it. There should be things you never do or words you never say, no matter how angry you get. Set up those boundaries and do not overstep them. You should not let the feeling of anger to stay for too long. Do not let it overpower you. You must forget it as a new day arrives. Try to talk things out with the person who is the cause of your anger. Tell them what makes you angry and ask them to stop repeating their anger-causing behavior. If that is not possible, just learn to forgive. This also improves your quality of life as it makes you less irritable.
