6. When you’re not able to sleep and feel like having a snack

Sometimes you toss and turn in bed, and are unable to sleep. Maybe having a small snack can help you. At such times, while the best and most nutritious beverage is a glass of warm milk or cocoa, you can snack on some oat and berries. If you would rather have something sweet, you can munch on a granola bar.

There is really nothing to stop you from attaining a healthy heart and body except for a little will power and a lot of won’t power. It really is true, that following a healthy diet will bring out a more agile, healthy and fitter you. So go for it!
