3. Stack the cups
You will have a lot of Styrofoam cups in a party. Divide the people into different teams, give them cups, time the game and make them build Styrofoam cup pyramids. The team which has the tallest tower or a pyramid and that which stands for a long time will come first.
4. Christmas Pictionary
To make this game difficult, you can make the participants draw out the names of Christmas movies. A member from each team comes forward to pick up the sheet with the movie name on it and tries to draw it out. This could be very funny to watch as the player struggles to get the movie name right by drawing it.
Christmas parties can be the best time for colleagues to get to know one another. Instead of making it a drab affair, you can make it interesting with more games and actually make the employees look forward to the next office party.
