3. Bridge pose

This is a backward bend that relaxes your spine, back and your shoulders. It is especially useful if you had spent the whole day sitting in front of the computer or if you have had an uncomfortable night on the couch. 4. Sit and breathe

Just sitting with your spine erect and your legs folded will replenish a lot of energy to your body. Feel your breathing and follow it as it goes into your body.
