Many consider breakfast to be the most important meal of the day. While you sleep, your body is busy digesting the previous night’s meal and it needs more fuel first thing in the morning. Here are some reasons why having breakfast should be a morning ritual for you.

Having a healthy breakfast revs up your metabolism. Your morning food is like a signal to your brain that you need to start working to digest it. So, a balanced morning meal is just what you need to kick start your day.
