5. Trying too many products within a short interval

When you find a product that works for you, you should try and stick to it and not fall for other products that promise more. If your current product does not work too well, you should give your skin some rest before trying on a new product. Nothing damages your skin like using too many products within a short time.

6. Pinching your pimples

Pinching away the pimples will remove the red bulbs off your face, but will definitely leave ugly marks behind. If they get infected and spread all over, you run the risk of damaging other parts of your body as well.

7. Indoor tanning

Normal sunlight damages your skin when exposed to it for far too long. If a natural thing can be so damaging, you can imagine the damage you are doing to your skin when it subject it to tanning unnaturally, by using tanning oils and indoor tanning.

8. Losing and gaining weight like a yoyo ball

Losing a lot of weight by drastic measures can leave your skin sagging and can create stretch marks. If you put on more weight immediately, it gets stretched again, creating more damage to the tissues. At some point the skin will just lose its elasticity and make you look much older than you already are.
