5. Human shampoos can be used on dogs

6. A wet nose means a dog is healthy

This is untrue. Wet nose does not indicate the health of a dog. A dog’s nose should be on normal room temperature. Wet cold nose in winters is fine because of temperature.

7. Tug game makes the dog aggressive

This is untrue. Tug of war game is actually good for the dog. It helps a dog to stay fit and increases the stimulation of the dog. A tug game can be played anytime; it will not make the dog aggressive.

8. Old dogs cannot learn anything new

Who says old dogs cannot learn anything new? This is absolutely untrue. They have their own ways and limitations. But, they can learn all the new tricks, if one teaches them in the right way. Old dogs might take their own time in learning new things. Once they get hold of it, they do not forget things easily. Moreover, this is actually good for their mental stimulation.
