2. Eggs

Most importantly the egg yolk has numerous nutrients that are very good for the eye. The yellower and darker the yolk, the more healthy it is for your eyes. Don’t shun away the yolks for their fat content. When eaten right, they can do wonders for your eyesight.

3. Salmon

Omega 3 fatty acids, and Vitamin A and D make this fish an healthy option for your eyes. They also help boost you rain power.

4. Green leafy vegetables

If your vegetable looks green and has a lot of leaves, go for it to get good eyesight. They are loaded with Vitamin A, B12 and Vitamin C along with calcium which is good for the eye.
