5. Mushroom and rice soup

Boil rice in butter in a covered pan and then add mushrooms to it. Now add pepper, diced garlic and ginger to it. Take a different pan and add broth and the mixture of mushroom and rice. Heat for 20 minutes and then take it off the gas.

6. Corn and Chicken soup

Boil chicken and corn in hot water until they get soft. In another pan, put oil, spices, parsley, oregano, broth and warm all the ingredients. Shred the chicken and take the corn seeds out. Add these into the pan and mix well. Heat again for 30 minutes and serve hot.

7. Chicken garlic soup

Take 2-3 garlic pieces and boiled shredded chicken in a bowl. Crush the garlic heads and heat it in broth along with necessary spices and butter. Keep stirring the mixture and now add shredded chicken to it. Heat for 20 more minutes and the chicken garlic soup is ready now.
