5. Jump squats

Doing age old squats is outdated. The newest variation that will help you lose calories is jump squats. Between one squat and the other, jump and land in the squat position. While jumping, fully stretch your body upward, with your hands in the air.

6. Hip rotations

Be in the push-up position with the knees not touching the ground. Roll your hips by moving your right knee towards the left elbow or further, and do the same action with the left knee, alternately.

7. Lunge jumps

A lunge is performed when you position 1 leg before the other, place your hands on the hips and lunge in the forward direction by bending your knees. Those of you who are more focused on cardio than muscle toning can alternate between lunges from one leg to another by jumping.
