5. The Imposter
In the category for Best Documentary, The Imposter was left out which created a great excitement among its critics and audiences for its brilliant plot sequence and narration. It’s difficult for a documentary like that to not even make it to the nomination list.
6. Holy Motors
It’s sad that a country can nominate only one film for the Best Foreign Film Category and France did raise many eyebrows when The Holy Motors did not make it to the Oscars.
7. Karl Urban for Dredd
Karl Urban gave a remarkable performance in the Dredd, but it was extremely unfortunate to see that his name and role was not given any recognition in the list of nomination. This was certainly a shameful snub.
