Water is very important for the body but scientific evidence do not conclusively prove that 8 glasses of water will guarantee good health. Having a healthy body and mind require many things, water being one of them.

6. You should never forget to drink water during workout

After a workout, fluids are good for you. But there’s no need to go crazy and keep gulping water throughout your workout.

7. Water rinses off the toxins

Well it seems easier to think of water rinsing off toxins from body like it rinses off detergent and dirt from clothes, but it’s not entirely correct. Kidneys are responsible for elimination of toxins. Water helps but too much of it will burden the kidneys and adversely affect their work.
