4. Cover up!
Anything white should not be there at a party. Cover the table, your couch if possible, so that even if anything is ruined, it is okay, you can just throw out the covers. Keep big black bags open at one corner so people can throw stuff there. Lock up your cupboards and hide all breakable stuff. C’mon, you do not want to freak out, do you?
5. Have fun!
Now that you have secured almost everything, do a shot and let go. It is your party, and you should have an amazing time. Does not matter if something breaks or if someone messes up. When you are partying, just party!
6. Clean up
After it is over, clean up. Ask friends to help, and keep at least a two hour time gap between finishing the clean up and the expected time of your parents’ return. Have fun!
