Many people have shelves and drawers in their offices but they are merely used to dump files and folders or stack them. You could use them inventively by color coding the files and arranging them according to descriptors or create an alphabetical section.

6.Keep your stationery stashed in one place

It’s embarrassing when you can’t find a pen that works at a crucial time. Always keep your pencils sharpened, refill your pens and keep them in the pen stand close to you. Make sure your punch, staple and glue are in the same place.
