4. Pout your lips often

If you want to work specifically with your jaw line, you can try a simple pouting exercises. Pout your lips in an O formation as hard as you can. Hold this position for about 30 seconds. Withdraw your lips and break into a wide smile and hold this for another 30 seconds. Repeat this exercise for a few times. You can swirl your lips in a circular motion to exercise the muscles in that area.

5. Get rid of a fat chin or a double chin

Your amazing facial features could be getting ruined because of excess fat on your chin. Do some basic neck and chin exercises to resolve this problem. Look towards the ceiling and then look down. Look towards your right and then left. Hold each position for ten seconds. After one set of exercise is complete, rotate your head in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction. The idea behind these exercises is to stretch the muscles below your chin and give them a tender workout.

6. Toning the forehead

While you go all guns blazing on trimming down the plump on your face, don’t forget to tone your forehead as well. Place your fingers above your eyebrows and pull them up and push them down. Then stretch them in opposite direction. You can even try another forehead exercise by tensing your temples and then opening your eyes wide.
