6 Tips to Deal with a Jealous Boyfriend

Is your boyfriend watching and interfering every move of yours? Does he always look over your shoulder wish suspicion and jealousy? Does he keep questioning your whereabouts all the time? Here are a few tips which will help you to deal with a jealous boyfriend.

1. Introduce him to your colleagues, family and friends

Your boyfriend’s jealousy is likely to be at its peak when he hasn’t met the people you interact with on a daily basis. By introducing him to your social circles formally or informally, you will be able to douse his worries about the platonic equation you share with everyone. Don’t let your friends and colleagues become mysterious personalities for your boyfriend. This will increase his jealousy.

2. Call him often and tell him what you are up to

Not being in touch with your boyfriend for extended periods in a day may leave him worried about your whereabouts and actions. He may start imagining that you are seeing someone else or you are secretly doing something you don’t want him to know. Call your boyfriend and keep him updated about your day’s plans. This way he won’t go on a wild thinking spree.

3. Express your love for him explicitly

Even men can be insecure and jealous because their girlfriends don’t explicitly verbalize their feelings and love. This eventually starts translating into anger, jealousy and emotional upheaval. Get rid of your boyfriend’s insecurity by being more expressive of your liking and love for him, bring him small gifts or declare your love for him in front of your other friends. Try every possible way to make him feel cared for and loved.
