6 Tips on How to Get Back in Shape in 8 Weeks

It is the holiday season and most of us would have stuffed ourselves and wondering and thinking of ways to get back into shape. Nothing like holiday over eating makes you put on those extra pounds and taking away those extra pounds that you have piled up over the holidays can be a pretty daunting task. Even though it is daunting, it is not an impossible thing to do. With the right motivation and a structures regimen that is not too hard on your body, you too can get back in shape in 8 weeks and here are a few tips to help you do just that. You can later get back into your pre-holiday clothes.

1. Drink lots of water

Drinking lots of water fills you up and makes you eat less. It also flushes off all the toxins that you might have accumulated by over eating. So every time you take a meal, make sure that you drink a bigger portion of water to get filled up.

2. Go for a run every morning

Even if you are someone who does not usually run, try going for a run and turn it into something that you would do every day for the next eight weeks. You can start with small distances and increase it as you go past the days.

3. Cut down on the processed sugar

Processed and refined sugar makes you put on a lot of weight even if you are using it in little amounts every day. So cut down on the sugar intake if you are serious about losing some weight.
