2. Avoid snacking

If you believe in the concept of snacking the whole day, then think again. Snacking the whole day means you would put on some weight. To maintain a lean figure, avoid snacking. An ideal choice would be to have three meals per day.

3. Avoid junk food

Avoid junk foods and high calorie foods. All those foods can slow down the metabolism rate of the body. That in turn affects the normal weight. Replace foods which are high in calories with foods with low cal options.
