1. His permission is mandatory

2. He decides everything
If the guy is the decision maker and doesn’t consider your opinion even when you are involved in it, it shows that you are in a controlling relationship. He doesn’t find it important to ask you or consider your choice because he thinks he is always right.
3. He doesn’t take care of your likes and dislikes
If the guy is very self centered and always thinks about his likes and dislikes then he controls you and the relationship. This shows that for him your likes and dislikes don’t count and don’t matter. He expects you to adjust according to him.
