Listen to soft music and keep yourself calm. Don’t crowd your mind with negative thoughts. Your mental state and emotional wellbeing will definitely have an impact on your baby’s mental and physical growth. Read books that are happy, inspiring and can induce positivity.

5. Connect with loved ones

This is quite important to establish the bond between your baby and your relatives/friends and partner. If you are working, then spend your weekends around your loved ones. Go on picnics and refreshing outings just so you can relax and connect with people who are important to you.

6. Love your baby

The baby can feel your love affection and warmth even before it is born. Let the baby know how loved he/she is. Speak to the baby or pat your tummy to let your baby know that you are out there to take care of him/her.
