4. Eggs

Boiled eggs are also a great source of protein and other nutrients for your baby. You don’t really have to wait that long to start feeding your baby eggs. You should be good to go after three months. Like all the other food items, you should mash the eggs too making it easier for the baby to eat. Always keep water beside you so you can give it when the egg gets stuck in the roof of the mouth or the throat. Make sure that the eggs aren’t dry.

5. Green peas and carrot

Green peas and carrot mix is also a tasty food that you can feed your baby. Add a little salt while you are boiling the peas and the carrot. Ix the thoroughly and make a paste that isn’t too thick, It should be runny either. The consistency should be just right for the baby to swallow it without any trouble.
Make sure that your hands and the utensils you use are thoroughly cleaned before and after you feed your baby. And always burp the baby before you put it back to bed. Experiment with different food everyday and always consult your pediatrician if you see your baby experiencing any discomfort.
