4. Chickpeas, red kidney beans and cherry tomato salad

For this, you need to soak the chickpeas and red kidney beans overnight. Pressure-cook it for about 20 minutes. Now you need cherry tomatoes, a cup of chopped onions and finely chopped green chilies. Mix all these ingredients with chickpeas in a bowl. Add rock salt and squeeze half a lime on top. Garnish it with chopped parsley or green cilantro and serve hot.

5. Corn, grilled capsicum and ham salad

All you need is a cup of sweet corn kernels, cooked lean ham cut in small thin strips, char-grilled capsicum and red bell pepper. In a hot pan, put some olive oil and toss all the ingredients together. Then sprinkle some oregano, chili flakes and a pinch of salt.
