4. Replace the person itself

This does not necessarily mean finding a new boyfriend. It simply means that you need to find a person, with whom you can do the same things that you did with your boyfriend. This person could be any of your friends too. As long as you have that one person to share your secrets and sorrows with, have fun with, and to have conversations with late at night, you will be mentally satisfied and happy, and that will help you in bouncing back from your previous relationship.

5. Be positive

It’s extremely important to remember to be positive, because that will help you in leading a better life. If you look suspiciously at every new person entering your life, then you are bound to think that it will be a risk falling in love again. However, unless you take that risk, you won’t know whether it is a risk in the first place or not. You need to be more open to the options around you, and start afresh, even if it means repeating some of your old mistakes. So what may have not worked in the previous relationship, may just work well in a new one.
