5 Tips for Soft and Supple Skin

1. Apply moisturizer
Make a habit of applying moisturizer daily after washing your face and after taking shower. It is even better to apply it on damp skin in order to seal in the moisture. Furthermore, avoid rubbing your skin and instead pat your skin dry.
2. Use natural moisturizer
If possible, try to apply natural moisturizers like cocoa butter, shea butter, coconut butter, olive oil and the likes. These natural moisturizers contain antioxidants which protect and nourish the skin. You can also use oil based thick moisturizers if there is an unavailability of natural moisturizers. However, avoid using products containing alcohol as alcohol plays a very active role in making your skin dry.
3. Drink water
Almost two-thirds of the human body is made up of water. Drinking a good amount of water daily not only moisturizes your skin from inside but also helps in flushing out toxins from your skin. Drinking water also makes your skin soft and clear.
