No matter how confident you are about your driving or how invincible you are feeling in your awesome ride, you must always think of others’ safety when you are on the road. If you are constantly distracted by your text notifications then it can prove fatal for someone walking on foot, or someone who is following every traffic rule and is being careful about his/her safety.
5. The world can wait
There isn’t any text in the world that can’t wait for 5 minutes to be read. In case you are expecting some very urgent text, you can always take a few minutes to park your car or bring it to a halt and then read the text. Nothing is more important than your life or the lives of others on the road. Know that you do not have to read every text as soon as you get it.
