5. Frequent eat outs

If you are single and have lot of work load which does not allow you to cook and make food that will help you fuel your system with healthy and nutritious food, you will eat at your work place, street food or at a cafe nearby. And it’s not always possible to dine out and still watch your calories. If you are eating out often, your diet plan will certainly go down the drain.
