8. Have a reunion

Many a times we fail to be with our friends even when they are all in the same city. Well, there could not be any better way to turn a bad day around than to catch up with your old friends. Just give them a call and go out with them. This reunion will transport you to the happier times and will make you forget how sad you have been.

9. Be a child again

We often forget the child in us in all this hustle-bustle. Well, it is never too late to dig into the child in you and do “silly” things.
