7. Keep a check on your weight

Always keep a check on your weight. When you tend to put on weight or extra fat near your belly or buttocks, your posture, eventually, gets affected. Also, when you put on weight, you find it difficult to stand erect. Hence, it is very important to have a balanced diet and a proper weight.

8. Keep shoulders firm

Last but not the least, wearing proper shoes also makes a difference to your posture. When you wear worn out shoes that have damaged at the edges, you tend to lean towards that side, leading to weaker back muscles. Hence, it is important to wear shoes that offer you support for a better posture.
