10 Healthy Snacks For Kids

6. Pizzas

We doubt you’ll ever meet a kid who doesn’t like pizzas. Pizzas are a great way to get your child to eat veggies. Add some mushrooms, tomatoes or bell pepper to create a great taste.

7. Get cheesy

Team up cheese with whole grain crackers. Cheese is a great source of calcium and can be cut into different shapes to make it look attractive. The crackers add to that extra ounce of taste and nutrition.

8. Popcorn

When it’s not flooded with butter and salt, popcorn makes for a very healthy snack filled with fiber and whole grain. Though it might not be so great on taste, it can be worked upon with a little sprinkling of garlic or cinnamon.

9. Go peanuts!

Although high in fat content, peanut butter is also a good source of protein and fiber. Either use it as a spread with bread or you use it as a dip with some vegetables. Since it can be very fatty, avoid using in large quantities.

10. Roll up meat

Meat can be a good source of protein. Instead of the flat slices of meat, try rolling it up with cheese and other ingredients to get a better taste.
