People workout to stay healthy, good looking and energetic. Working out doesn’t only improve your stamina but it also helps your body become healthier and stronger. A lot of people workout in parkland and Gym whereas some people work out in their own homes with the help of different fitness machines. Love it or hate it, the human body works best only if it gets regular exercise. Here are some rules which will help you workout in a better way. These rules will surely make you more dedicated towards your workout regime.

1. Stretch before you workout

This is one of the most important factors to keep in mind. Stretching increases the ability of movement and decreases the chances of injury. It prepares your muscles for further exercises before the workout and warms them down.

2. Don’t take long breaks

You should not take long breaks between your sets. Short breaks keep your body and blood warm, allowing you to perform better. You shouldn’t take more than one or two minutes break between your sets.

3. Warm up before your work out

You must warm up before starting your workout. This will prepare your heart and other vital organs for the physical exertion. You must work out for at least 20 to 25 minutes before your workout.

4. Work out every single day

Working out at least 45 minutes a day is a must. You must do at least 30 minutes of cardio each day. You can go for morning and evening walk during your menstrual cycle. You should avoid jumping, cycling and other rigorous exercises during this time.

5. Change your work out routines every three months

A lot of people carry on with the same workout routine for years altogether. This doesn’t only make them lose interest but also stops making an impact on the body. Human body gets habitual to a workout regime after some time. Hence, it is important to change your workout routine after every 3 or 5 months.
